Privacy Policy — What We Collect, and What We Don't

This page covers how we handle your data. Let me put the conclusion right up front, to spare you a wall of legalese: this is a static content site — no registration, no login, no comment box, and nowhere for you to fill in a form — so the site itself collects almost no personal information about you, and certainly never sells any data to anyone. Below, the details.

What data we collect

This site doesn't actively ask you for any personal information — you don't need to register an account, don't need to enter an email, and there's no form asking you to submit anything. The only data that might be involved falls into three categories, listed below:

Server access logs: like almost every website, when you visit, the server/CDN hosting this site may temporarily record technical information — your IP address, browser type, the pages visited, and the time. This is necessary for the site to run properly and to prevent abuse, and it falls under our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). It's not used to identify you personally, nor used for profiling.
Information you send us yourself: if you email us, the contents of that email (your email address, what you wrote) we of course see, and we use it solely to reply to you about that matter.
Visitor analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate region. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes the resulting data. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or block the analytics script.

This site has no registration system and does not collect your name, phone number, ID documents, Binance account information, wallet addresses, private keys, or any funds data — these the site neither touches nor wants.

A one-line promise: we don't sell, rent, or trade any of your data. This site has no business model built on monetizing user data — it runs on Binance rebates (see the Disclosure), not on reselling data.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies or use cross-site advertising networks. Features such as the homepage boot animation use local sessionStorage, which you can clear or disable in your browser settings. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate region. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes the resulting data. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or block the analytics script.

Third-party services we use

For honesty's sake, here's the list of external resources this site loads — these third parties may see your IP and similar technical information by virtue of serving you:

These third parties each have their own privacy policies, and this site cannot control how they handle data. This site does not use ad-network scripts; Google processes GA4 data.

After you click a Binance link

This one is worth singling out: when you click buttons like "Sign up on Binance" or "Web3 Wallet," you're taken to Binance's own website. Once you've left, you've entered Binance's domain — everything you sign up for, trade, or submit there is governed by Binance's own privacy policy, which has nothing to do with this site and which this site can't see or control. Please take a moment to read Binance's privacy terms on their side.

How long we keep data

The server/CDN access logs are generally kept only for a short time for operations and security, and roll off automatically when they expire. The correspondence you leave by emailing us, we keep only for as long as needed to handle your matter, and clear once it's resolved and there's no further need.

Your rights (GDPR and similar)

If you're in the EU/EEA or another region with similar laws, you have corresponding rights over your personal data, including:

The right to be informed and to access: to know whether we hold, and which of, your data.
The right to rectification: to ask us to correct inaccurate data.
The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten): to ask us to delete your data.
The right to restrict and to object to processing: to restrict or object to our processing of your data in certain situations.
The right to complain: to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you are.

Because this site barely collects personal data to begin with, in most cases we simply hold no personal records for you to "access" or "delete." Even so, you can still exercise the above rights over the email correspondence you've sent us — just email the address below and explain, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Minors

This site's content is aimed at adults. Crypto trading is high-risk and unsuitable for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
